Everything between a cold name and a signed deal.
Take one stage or take all four. Most clients start with lead generation and cold calling, then add acquisition management once the volume of interested buyers outgrows what their own team can chase.
Lead Generation
A campaign is only ever as good as the list underneath it. We build yours from zero against a tight ideal-customer profile, verify every record by hand, and keep it clean while the campaign runs.
No resold databases, no scraped junk, no contact you have already been sold three times this quarter.
What is included
- Ideal customer profile workshop and written criteria
- Territory, vertical and company-size mapping
- Decision-maker identification by name and title
- Phone and email verification on every record
- Enrichment with trigger events and context notes
- Ongoing replacement of dead or disqualified records
- The full list delivered to you, in your CRM
What is included
- Dedicated callers assigned to your account only
- Opening, qualification and objection scripts written for your offer
- Weekly script iteration based on live call outcomes
- Full call recording and quality review on every rep
- Daily reporting: dials, connects, conversations, bookings
- Appointment confirmation before it reaches your calendar
- Compliance with local calling rules and do-not-call lists
Cold Calling
Trained human callers working your offer on the phone every single day. They learn your business properly, they can hold a real conversation, and they get better every week because we review the recordings and change what is not landing.
No AI voice agents. Your buyers can tell, and it costs you the relationship before it starts.
Acquisition Management
This is where most of the money leaks out. Interested buyers who were not ready this month, no-shows nobody rebooked, proposals that went quiet — all of it sitting in a CRM that nobody is actually working.
We run that pipeline as a discipline: every lead has an owner, a next action and a date.
What is included
- CRM setup, pipeline stages and automation
- Appointment confirmation and reminder sequences
- No-show recovery and rebooking
- Long-cycle nurture for buyers who are not ready yet
- Structured follow-up cadences, not ad-hoc chasing
- Weekly pipeline review call with your team
- Clean handover notes on every lead we pass to you
What is included
- Experienced closers trained on your offer and pricing
- Discovery and demo call ownership
- Objection, pricing and negotiation frameworks
- Proposal delivery and follow-through to signature
- Full recordings of every sales call for your review
- Clean handover to your delivery or onboarding team
Closing
If you do not have a closer, or your founder is still taking every sales call at eight in the evening, we can run the close as well. Our closers take the qualified call, work the objections and bring you the signed agreement.
Prefer to close in-house? Then we hand your team a buyer who already knows what you do, what it costs and why they are on the call.
How engagements are usually structured
Every account is scoped on the strategy call, because the right shape depends on your deal size, sales cycle and how much of the process you already run well.
Pilot
A focused test on one segment or territory. Enough volume to prove the numbers, small enough that you are not betting the quarter on it.
- Single vertical or territory
- Fixed short term
- Full reporting from day one
Managed outbound
Lead generation plus cold calling plus acquisition management, run as your outsourced top-of-funnel team on a rolling monthly basis.
- Dedicated caller capacity
- Weekly optimisation
- Scales with results
End to end
All four stages including closing. You handle delivery, we handle everything from finding the buyer to getting the signature.
- Closers included
- Revenue-aligned targets
- Deepest integration
Add pricing here, or keep it off the site deliberately and qualify on the call. Both work — showing a "starting from" figure filters out small budgets before they book, hiding it gets you more calls but a lower show-to-close rate. Tell me which you want and I will build it.
Straight answers
How fast do calls start?
Usually around two weeks from kickoff. One week for discovery, list build and scripting, then we go live and the first bookings normally land inside the following week.
What counts as a qualified lead?
Whatever we agree in writing before we start — typically budget, authority, need and timeline, plus any criteria specific to your market. We do not get to move the goalposts later.
Which markets do you call into?
We run campaigns across the US, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. Timezone coverage is set per account so your buyers are called when they actually answer.
Do we keep the data?
Yes, always. Lists, recordings, CRM records and scripts are yours from day one and stay yours if the engagement ends.
Do you work with our existing CRM?
Yes. We work inside whatever you already use, or set one up if you do not have one running properly yet.
What if it does not work?
You will know inside the pilot, because the reporting is daily. If the numbers say your market will not respond to outbound, we tell you and stop rather than quietly billing you.
Tell us what you are selling.
We will tell you whether outbound will work for it, and exactly how we would run it.
